`nipoppy pipeline search`¶

Note

This command calls the nipoppy.workflows.pipeline_store.search.PipelineSearchWorkflow class from the Python API internally.

nipoppy pipeline search¶

Search for available pipelines on Zenodo.

nipoppy pipeline search [OPTIONS] [QUERY]

Options

-s, --size <size>¶

Number of items to show

Default:: 10

--sandbox¶: Use the Zenodo sandbox API for tests.

-n, --dry-run¶: Print commands but do not execute them.

-v, --verbose¶: Verbose mode (Show DEBUG messages).
